In light of the Covid-19 situation continuing to dominate headlines as the spread across Europe continues, we wanted to reassure you that we are monitoring events and doing all we can to keep people safe and healthy.
Understandably, there are a lot of questions and concerns from our staff, our customers and our suppliers, about the potential effects on business operations.
Our approach is to follow official Government advice, reinforced with enhanced cleaning and hygiene processes. Our Exec Teams meet daily and we are now well underway with implementing our Business Contingency Plan which includes 50% of our office-based staff working from home as an initial first step of our risk management initiative.
We have robust IT systems and infrastructure in place, ensuring that staff have access to the same office-based systems including office phone numbers. We are not expecting any major disruption to the high quality services provided to all of our customers.
These are indeed unprecedented times during which we will continue to monitor guidelines from the government and health officials, whilst taking the appropriate steps to ensure the wellbeing of our staff and minimising any disruption to your business.
We are trying our hardest to maintain a ‘business as usual’ approach and would encourage you to remain close to your local sales, account managers and operational contacts to address any specific concerns.
